WORST bank ever. NOT helpful. I suggest to anyone using this bank AVOID the main branch on broad street in Cookeville. They have left me with OVERCHARGES when it was there error so I was negative in the bank and they said " sorry can't refund you"!!! ITS YOUR BANK MISTAKE!!! And regions whole mission is to PUT THR CUSTOMER FIRST?! Yeah. Right.
