Regions is okay. Nobody EVER answers when u call and hit 1 to speak to a banker. Occasionally there's Atm will eat your card or take ur deposited cash.
Banks used to be personal and friendly. The current model is very cold, impersonal, inefficient and designed to push the customer to 100% on-line which is not what I'm looking for in a hometown bank.
