My Grandson and I had a great experience with Ms. T. Baldwin. She made my teenager so comfortable with opening his first bank account. She actually talked to him about his future financial goals and how she would help guide him. Great customer service Ms. Baldwin!
I love my bank they always take care of me always nice and courteous
I had an absolute pleasant experience on yesterday when visiting this branch with my husband. Kisha went above and beyond to help us with our issue. She made us feel welcomed and as if we were Regions customers. Will definitely be back to RIDGEWAY location soon to set up a bank account. Thanks again!
