The Hickory Hollow drive-through/ATM staff were very personable, professional, friendly, and helpful! I would ask that Regions help with the beautification of the property needs a little improvement The adjacent property's overgrowth of greenery and trees needs to be maintained, But overall besides that, the staff gave me great customer service

Bad service and lack of respect for customers.
This location is so dirty gross and nasty.i had to go home and take a shower it was that nasty.the parking lot is jacked. Everything is filthy-you can see black on everything from dirt build up.not to mention when ur at the drive thru you have to get out of ur car because the keyboard is literally on the ground, as if a toddler is using it. Trash all around the atm..do ur self a favor and go to another branch. Never ever go here!! Oh and did I mention there is no safety here? Waaaay sketchy clientele roaming the area
