New branch is modern, friendly , open and a pleasure to do business in. Manager Kyle Rains is professional, courteous and friendly. In today's modern online banking it is rare to visit a physical location but this new facility is a reminder of what banking used to be and should be today. Thank-you.
Manager Kyle Rains has been very helpful before and after the Branch’s move from 170 Meeting Street to 285 Meeting Street. Even though 170 had handicap and other parking available as well as a drive through window Mr. Rains made it possible to visit the new 285 Branch location by making onsight handicap parking available but no regular parking. Our business accounts were placed on a hold without any clear explanation, leaving us with zero access to funds for over 10 days.
