I left Regions Bank in 2021 for a reason. Over four and a half years later I get collection calls for something I don't even owe. Until now, we've had zero contact. Seems really fishy to me. Update, STOP CALLING ME ASKING FOR MONEY I DO NOT OWE

If you want good service ask for the Assistant Manager. Jackie is top notch, helpful, and cares about each customer. She was the ONLY person who gave the level of customer service that every customer deserves.
