I have been a customer since i was roughly 18-19years old i am now 26 and yesterday i had a very unpleasant experience. I came through the drive through to try and cash a check and the teller told me no since i didnt have the amount i was cashing in the account. I alternate using several banks so this particular account did not have much in it. But my problem comes in is the refusal to cash my check because of that. So I went into this branch first time customer just opened up an acct with you all and I must say Emily was so nice pleasant easy to wrk with n made my visit nice n easy … she is a tremendous worker thank you soooo much Emily from Shanell
This branch is just prejudice!!!my daughter goes to cash her check they state they can not cash the check even if she has a regions bank account due to no funds in the account but when a white person tries to cash the check no funds also in the account no problem. They states has to go thru a third party and a 15 fee which he doesn't have to pay a fee and but she is not approved with third party to cash check but his check was approved with third party plus they both work at the same company...black teller help her no proble... read more
