Amazing experience with Kate S. ! She quickly and accurately handled my needs as business hours were coming to a close on Saturday. Great representation of the high standard regions holds of their employees.
I had my account locked after entering the verification number incorrectly twice. I was using a VPN for privacy for airline websites, but apparently this was interpreted as evidence of fraud by Regions. It took 2 days of calling, visiting the branch, etc. before I could login (apparently 3-4 days is normal lockout time for Regions.) Online banks, such as Ally, have much better customer satisfaction on this problem.
Been with this bank for thirty years have checking 2 savings cd and business accounts plus a mortgage so they are making plenty of money from me had a problem with an online purchase that I had placed an order then canceled it less than 2 hours later got a confirmation that they received the cancelation then they charged my card anyway tried to settle it with the company with no results get ahold of the bank to try to get help get my money back and they told me sence I approved the purchase they will not help even no I cance... read more
I have been banking at Regions and all the former names for 40 plus years and this location is awesome. Old school customer service at its best. All the staff are very helpful. Managers Brian Hartman and prior to him Chris have been excellent to deal with. You also need to talk to Sean Toebben in the investment department.
