Bank is only open until 4:30 on weekdays and closed on weekends...wow Not the best customer service skills either.
I go into this bank as a long time customer after being lied to then the manger was rude so I was rude rite back then I write a bad review instead of like most companies trying to fix the situation they close my account so that is there solution to having rude employees so that's fine when they closed my account they lost another ten accounts with my family this might not hurt Regions but if it keeps happening and this is how it's handle it no company is to big to throw customers away like they don't matter if not for custom... read more
This has to be the worst bank around also the rudest and unhelpful manager in the banking business. My family and I been banking with Regions along time but after getting lied to and then saying there is nothing they can do this branch just lost my entire families business.
