Haley, was super helpful and sweet. She answered all of the questions I needed answers to.
I was depositing money yesterday (drive-thru) after 3, I was asking the lady a question, she didn't respond, I said excuse me three times, she was literally sitting right there. I finally asked can you hear me and she slowly said yes then answering the question that I had asked before... It was weird & kind of rude. I'll just deposit at the ATM to avoid anything like that again. I've been banking here 9yrs.
