Went in to make changes to a bank due to a booster organization officer change. On the first visit, the two bankers sitting at the front seemed irritated that a customer visited at 9:15am (guess I was disturbing their conversation, newspaper reading and coffee). Felt as if they wanted to get me out as soon as possible, by stating a “policy” that all the people on the account had to be present to add someone to the account (however, one signatory can close the account and withdraw all the funds.
