As soon as I cleared the foyer entrance to the bank, I was immediately greeted and invited into a service desk. Her, Yaanique’s, greeting was warm, professional and friendly. She introduced herself and gave me control of the conducting of my needs and she then told me about the services that were offered by her branch and she began the process of opening an account for me. My experience was amazing and fast, error free and I was extremely impressed and satisfied!!
The employees here at this Bank have great customer service and they are very friendly I love working with them
I have visited Regions Bank for a few years now, and all that I can say is very Professional Group of people who seem to enjoy helping and servicing the Community. Everyone is really Nice, Calmed with the most beautiful Smile on their faces. Ms Gordon, Mr. Jesse, Ms Minor. Actually all of the Team's are Amazing. I can say so much about the Group but I can truly say Thank y'all for your help and support.
