Clerks are nice but we waited 45 minutes for someone to assist with a simple wire transfer and could not get any help. Apparently, only one person at this bank is trained in wire transfers and he was in a prolonged appointment with someone else with no timeline on how long he would be. We were told to wait but 45+ minutes is an insane wait time for a bank. Ended up walking out since no one else could help us and will have to waste time going to a different Regions branch on Monday. Very frustrating.
Quick, friendly service
Beware if you join, they’ll call you repeatedly & not leave details why in a vm, but when you call them you get a 15 m wait for a human, unacceptable!!! not to mention the endless ads you have to listen to-no option for silence! I had a fantastic experience with Ms. Gordon when opening my bank account. She was professional, patient, and made the process smooth and easy. Her friendly attitude and clear explanations really impressed me. Highly recommend her service!
I go to this bank only to handle business on behalf of my parents account. The representatives are usually courteous and on point. The atmosphere is friendly. However, I have been here a few times during lunch where there was one representative at the desk and the line was very long. I would imagine peak times are during lunch and Saturday mornings. As a senior leader in hospitality services, I ensure we have more staffing during peak times. Also, the Saturday morning drive thru is often a painfully long wait.
