Didn’t have a nice experience. Not friendly. No one said ‘Hello, welcome to Regions, we will be with you in a moment ‘ nothing, just silence. I had to say something. When I did finally get someone on the platform , the silence again was deafening! Very awkward. If you look different and are not from the local area you will be treated as such. I’ve had a positive experience with Regions Bank. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance with my accounts. The atmosphere inside the bank feels welcoming, and I appreciate the patience and kindness shown by the employees.
