The worst regions bank location anywhere. Nothing but total chaos every time. They have an incompetent teller some guy who has no clue what he’s doing. But they won’t do anything about it.
Cathy helped me with setting up an account and was wonderful to work with. So knowledgeable and kind as well. The lines were long when I got there both for bankers and tellers but both moved very quickly.
Not everyone's banking needs. Some good policies though.
UPDATE…they FINALLY cleared the lottery check after a week plus. But even after contacting corporate three times, nothing has been done as of August 12,2025 from the horrible experience we had on July 31, with a male teller that was so unbelievably incompetent and unprofessional. I want a debit card to use my husband’s account but due to the incompetence, it’s too much of a hassle and not worth it.
