I have been banking with Regions for well over 20 years. I have always had great service. The branch on 9 mile road is my fav. The teller at the drive up window is very friendly and efficient. She moves with a sense of urgency for the customer. Awesome in this day and age. Also Kathy has been my financial advisor for a few years and has helped me to save money and understand the different options. Highly recommend this branch and Regions.
Just stopped in for an appt and had the WORST service from Nolan. Seemed like he just wanted to pass me off to another person as soon as possible. Tried to get me to log into my web banking on his computer. Don't think so lol. Regions keeps letting me down lately.
Absolutely ridiculous fees and I don’t appreciate Caroline’s condescending attitude. Will not be opening an account with Regions.
Banking overall is great but to get charged a 10.00 fee to get a cashiers check is crazy, I will be pulling my business account and going somewhere else.
