I love Regions, I have had them for years now! I called to ask a question, he had answered, listen to the question then hung up on me, I called back and he just let it ring! I had to call a different Regions near me because of this! If you do not know the answer to my question just tell me! Don’t need to be rude to someone who’s been with you guys for 10 yrs!
Worst bank in the world. Always a wait. Not enough help and the interior is like a dungeon. ATM breaks down every other day. I have two corporate accounts with Southstate bank and I have never once had to wait for a bank staff or experience a broken ATM. Regions ATM breaks down all the time. If they can’t staff and keep their ATM running, or even afford a houseplant they should move. As it is they just lost my business.
