Regions Bank violated Section 7 of the Social Security act and allowed a creditor to take all of her money out of her account. She has Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer and her kidneys are failing. Regions is a great bank... I've been banking with Regions for over 10 years. I really have no complaints. Great bank to do business with!

EX Branch Bank Manager I was actually a Branch Manager with Regions Bank at one time. I actually decided to quit because of their business practices. I am currently with Citi and I realize more and more how many people have gotten and still are getting screwed by Regions Bank. Their system is designed to screw anyone banking with them. Fees That Aren't Fair This is the second time that even though my records were correct, they got me with overdraft fees, that I didn't owe!! I kept records, and didn't go over what I had in my account. Since it was close, I looked at the Website often, to make sure I didn't mess up with my records, and I didn't. Then I put money in the bank, and still looked at their site to make sure all was well. Very friendly place to bank. I have had several different transactions to do at this bank and the associates are very friendly and willing to help you and whatever you need. I have, also, used the drive-through and have been helped in a timely manner.
