I swear the ATM at this branch is always having issues. Either not taking deposits or completely broken. It's a rarity that it's ever fully working
I have been with regions for over a yr. I recently moved and instead of the bank letting me know they had an issue with my new address, it is a hotel, they closed my account on me. I was in the process of resolving the issue and now have bills I can't pay because I can't get to my money, it was direct deposit and is being returned to my previous employer. I won't be going back to regions.
They are very kind and are able to assist and help with any banking problems you may have
