My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Erica, and she made the process a breeze. We went into regions to deal with an issue near closing time, and Erica was more than happy to assist us, and had a great attitude the entire time. I have never had a better experience at a bank. I highly recommend Erica if you ever need anything at regions bank!!

I love banking with Regions Bank. The staff is friendly and kind.
They never answer the phone.. if you need to make a appt you have to go to the bank.. this is ridiculous...its very frustrating.
