terrible branch
Had an excellent experience with Misty Spooner, the Branch Manager, assisting me with a compromised account. She was knowledgeable, professional and very patient in dealing with our problem and I am very grateful.
Regions is one of the worst banks to deal with, they make everything difficult, I've never had the experience with a bank I have with Regions. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM unless you want your every interaction with them to be impossible and infuriating to do simple things.
