I just opened a checking account with Regions and I had the best experience at this branch. From my experience going inside the bank speaking with Christy Schell, to using their drive-thru, both encounters were excellent.
All the tellers and bankers are very helpful. I never have to wait long either. The Glynlea branch is the best!
Troy Williams was absolutely amazing in assisting us after we were victims of fraud. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and answered every question with the intent on making sure we were taken care of, which he did efficiently. 10/10 experience because of Troy!!
The people who work at this branch are very friendly. Especially Mr. James. Thank you so much for your service.
