I stopped into Regions downtown between meetings to handle a couple quick banking tasks, and it was one of those smooth experiences that makes you appreciate a well-run branch. The team made it easy to get answers fast, and the setup supports a more personal, one-on-one style of service rather than feeling like you’re stuck in a long teller line. The biggest value here is convenience: it’s right at the base of the 100 N Tampa building, so it’s an ideal branch for anyone working or visiting in the core business district.
As not much of a review person (neither negative or positive) generally, this one is well deserved. Especially for a bank which is such a benign activity or chore i felt compelled to share my experiences with Regions in general. But more importantly with one person at this location. As a many year business owner and multi bank user generally have a pretty blah view on banks and banking. Generally all the same. Even somewhat unpleasant, time consuming and inconvenient. Website says ATM is 24/7, but it's inside the building and the building is locked and nobody is at the lobby desk and no one answered the doorbell.
