I opened my accout with Regions Main St in 2019. Mike B.M and Vanessa refused to ID me so I can get a replacement debit card as I had misplaced my wallet. Vanessa told me that since COVIDthey no longer use a signature or a questioneer to ID me. Hard to believe they know me but regardless .I went right down to Sunset Road and lovely Tamara Todf (B.M) not only verified me she helped me set up my Regions app. I'm sure Tamara Todd as a BW felt my pain. Locked my account saying wrong security answers. Have to wait til next day for online support to unlock. Total inconvenience and poor customer support via telephone 800 number.
Regions Bank Dunedin is a very convenient location and the staff is very friendly. The drive-through is pretty cool between the trees. I’ve been banking here for over 20 years and I stick around because the service is good and it’s ever an issue with my account. They solve it in minutes. Many banks aren’t as friendly as this place these guys these people are really nice. Plus I think they hired a guy in English accent cause this is Dunedin after all. 5 stars for regions bank in Dunedin!
Love this branch, especially Patti, She’s the best. she is always smiling and always so welcoming when I go into the branch, every regions needs to have a Patti in their branch. I trust her completely doing all of my transactions. She always answers all my questions if I could give this branch 10 stars because of Patti I would. Regions is lucky to have an employee like Patti
I think Patti is very rude and condescending! Multiple times. I think she is the worst employee Regions could hire in my opinion. She should know how to complete a wire transfer as well.
