I bank there because of Patti!! She is the most pleasant person I have ever encountered...
Everyone at this bank is helpful and courteous. There is never a long wait and they always have your best interest in mind. I have never had a bad experience here and highly recommend this particular branch. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff.
We have banked at this local Regions branch for years. Our kids and parents also have their accounts here and we have always been met with helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
It's is comforting to walk in a bank and be greeted with smiles ! I've been with Regions since 06, the other banks do not have the kindness and help, with our money's transactions as this bank does ... I want to thank Vanessa for her help when I needed direction and loans. Patti & Keith, thank you for greeting me when I come in ! It's wonderful no matter what, I get a big smiling hello, from both of you.
