Been banking with Regions for years for both business and personal...Would not bank with any other !!!!!

Very kind and extremely helpful. Patti is professional but also easy to talk to about my banking needs.
I opened my accout with Regions Main St in 2019. Mike B.M and Vanessa refused to ID me so I can get a replacement debit card as I had misplaced my wallet. Vanessa told me that since COVIDthey no longer use a signature or a questioneer to ID me. Hard to believe they know me but regardless .I went right down to Sunset Road and lovely Tamara Todf (B.M) not only verified me she helped me set up my Regions app. I'm sure Tamara Todd as a BW felt my pain. Locked my account saying wrong security answers. Have to wait til next day for online support to unlock. Total inconvenience and poor customer support via telephone 800 number.
