Tried to get money from the ATM. Touch screen wouldn’t work, and the numbers made random commands function. Super fun. Didn’t seem like a new problem, so not sure why it wouldn’t be addressed.
My automatic payments have failed to process 2 nights in a row. I cannot get an answer via telephone. Tried the online chat, “Vanessa” responded with same answer regardless of my question, that I’d have to access through my “online banking”. I came into local branch a while ago and sat up online banking with Pam. However, she put the wrong answers with my chosen security questions, which she realized before I left the bank, but said she had no way to correct her error, thus, I’d need to remember the incorrect answer.
