Regions closed our business accounts in error and failed to reopen which in turned caused serious finanacial losses as we now wait for them to mail us a check for the funds in the account before closing. We have filed a formal complaint with both Regions Bank and The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau seeking damages. If your business had the same issue from bank closing your account due to their error, and have proof join in class action.

I am giving this two stars because the employees at the bank were very nice to me. In general regions as a company has made the process of opening an account confusing. I tried to open an account online and sign up for the $300 bonus that the regions website says is available to anyone who completes the form, opens a checking account, does online banking, and makes 1000 in deposit.
