I am giving this two stars because the employees at the bank were very nice to me. In general regions as a company has made the process of opening an account confusing. I tried to open an account online and sign up for the $300 bonus that the regions website says is available to anyone who completes the form, opens a checking account, does online banking, and makes 1000 in deposit. I was told through an email that I qualified for the offer, but whenever I tried to open an account, I was declined without reason. I then called... read more
Up there employee ‘KASEY JONES’was rude even though i’m account holder and I can’t access my account wow never seen any other bank can also do that.

Update .. Ms. Tonya has maintained the excellent customer service that this branch has provided me for several years. Every time I go in this establishment for my usual transaction, I'm greeted with a smile and excellent customer service from her and others. I literally have several banks near the area I live but this one has staff that are friendly and more welcoming than others.
