I LOVE LOVE Regions over all...but the Inverness bank needs a drive thru. The other building had a great drive thru. I am in a wheelchair and it is hard. t is my closest branch. BUT that is just this branch..Regions over all is WONDERFUL
I HATE this bank. No drive thru, the ATM stinks to put money in to and spits back bills that it doesn't like? New, crisp bills, not old and wrinkled bills. Then, go inside and the place is packed, with a very long wait. This bank was not thought out by a real person, because why would you not put a drive through? This is 2025. Guess I am going to start looking around for a new bank. One with a drive through. Did I say how much I hate this new bank?
Terrible hours for customer and no drive through till.
Service was top notch. I felt like I was the only customer that mattered. I was met at the door, me and my walker was assisted to the clerks station my new card was printed and then I was assisted out. Yeah GO. REGIONS
