Don't borher calling them during banking hours. They never answer the phone. You get a nice message after about 50 rings that says the number your calling is unavailable. Thanks Regions, excellent customer service.
No one answers
I have switched to online banking and only keep this open for when I need cashiers check or something. But recently deposited a small check and they placed a long hold on it for no valid reason. I called and no one knew why. I mobile deposit checks all the time. They are now holding our checks for no valid reason other than to collect interests for themselves probably. I am for sure depositing only to my other banks online now.
Edit July 2026. This is the most unfriendly bank in the world. I hate coming here and that I keep doing business here. Will be searching for another bank that wants to keep money and pay interest rates that are on par with the rest of the industry. A JOKE OF A COMPANY Hours are terrible, service is mediocre. How am I supposed to be helped when you’re not even open a full 40 hours a week??? Pathetic.
They care about there customers and I have been to multiple locations threw out citrus and Marion county and they all go out of there way to help keep there customers on the track they to make it in this struggling economy
