I LOVE LOVE Regions over all...but the Inverness bank needs a drive thru. The other building had a great drive thru. I am in a wheelchair and it is hard. It is my closest branch. BUT that is just this branch..Regions over all is WONDERFUL I recently had an issue with depositing a check. Regions is getting less customer service friendly.....I am sad and disappointed. Actually thinking about a different bank after 20+ years
Tried to make a deposit, can't in the atm? Been with Regions for 25 years, might be time to change banks, so sick of being aggravated EVERY TIME I come here. EVERY TIME!
My account with Regions was hacked, through no fault of Regions. The local branch in Inverness was most helpful and spent a lot of time with me in getting my old account cancelled and a new account set up, along with new checks and a lot of good advice on other items I should address. I have been a customer of Regions and their predecessor for over 30 years and have always found their branches to meet my needs.
