Went to cash a Regions check to get payroll for the guys. They would not cash the check because I was not an authorized signer,(my son owns the business and was at a funeral). And they said they didn't have enough cash to possess the check ...,under 8k!!!. So I went to the Roosevelt branch, zero problems, no questions, in and out in under 5 minutes. Different branches different rules.
I appreciate the support and professionalism of the staff during my visit. I am currently working with the branch to resolve an account matter and look forward to a full resolution.
The team at Regions Bank are so easy to talk to. They are super knowledgeable and helpful for commercial banking. Running a business is hard, but banking should be as easy as riding a bike.
