The bank’s location is convenient, and the staff are helpful, but the wait times for certain services can be frustrating. Once you’re through the queue, their customer support is strong.
I've been with regions Bank since 2019 and it still is going strong
Had to go in person twice to verify my identity, then they can't cash a check for 700 dollars. They placed a 10 day hold on it and won't say why. It's a 401k check from PNC, calling isn't difficult. The app offers instant deposit, but not really. 0/10, had an account for 90 days before they started playing games
