Stay far away from Regions Bank. Their employees are poorly trained. None of them are on the same page nor does their internal systen speak to each other in real time. I had fraud on my checking account and Regions Bank helped with the fraud. After numerous phone calls and a trip to the branch no one was successful at assisting me. I spoke with Quesha Hunter banker ID E1LX2 gave her copies of my supporting documents and I sign forms.
