The WORST customer service I've ever experienced with any bank in my entire life.
This is the absolute worse bank ever. The customer service is awful and yohdehi she was a lady of indian background excuse the misspelling is racist. I will be calling corporate.
Worst branch in GA! All the women there, based on personal experience have too much combative ATTITUDE and don't seem care anything abut customer service with a smile! Went in today simply to access my safe deposit box and this teller with two toned messy blond, brown, black, and etc colorso picked a shouting matcheck fight with me to the point she stormed out of the safe deposit box room yelling at me because I asked her why all the attitude towards me??
