I see why the ratings of this location is so low. I am a commercial customer. I know the bank closes a 5pm. At 5:01 pm the door is locked. That is what it is. Where I have some concern is I identified to the employee at the door I am a commercial that had a deposit and needs change. The response I got was a shake of the head left to right and the hand across the throat. Customers are still being served at this time. Had the best experience with Mona and staff this morning! The process to open my business bank account was smooth and simple!! And they gave me a bunch of presents of which I am so excited to flaunt!! This branch has been a terrible experience for me. Despite living within walking distance, I now drive further just to avoid dealing with this location. Jeff, who is supposed to be the branch manager, doesn't seem to have the necessary training for his role. He was very rude and even hung up on me. I also felt discriminated against upon entering and speaking with Jeff. If you're considering banking here, I recommend avoiding this location.
Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Came here looking for a secondary account and within three months closed. They took 1 month to issue a debit card, they made me pay to close an account they improperly set up, they then did not communicate and chose no to explain that if you transfer any money from your savings out, it will soft close your account for a day.
