I have been banking with regions for 31 years, lived in numerous places. This bank is the worst by far. Especially one teller, big guy. Is absolutely horrible at his job. He needs help with everything and is very slow. Will make to avoid this bank with any simple matters at all costs
I see why the ratings of this location is so low. I am a commercial customer. I know the bank closes a 5pm. At 5:01 pm the door is locked. That is what it is. Where I have some concern is I identified to the employee at the door I am a commercial that had a deposit and needs change. The response I got was a shake of the head left to right and the hand across the throat. Customers are still being served at this time.
