I came into this branch around 3:30 PM to figure out why my card kept getting declined despite having sufficient funds in my account. The banker informed me that my card was closed and that I needed to wait for a manager to assist me. While waiting in an almost empty branch, I was not given any timeframe for when the manager would be available. My first visit was awesome when I walked in I was greeted with the most beautiful smile with a sweet hello, what can I do for you today. I was just coming in with a friend but the young lady was so awesome I said I would like to open up an checking account. She was very polite and professional. ATM only dispenses $20 bills. Bank refuses to give change without an account. Lady bankers are very rude about the entire situation. Strongly suggest avoiding this location due to the employees inside
