Regions was unable - or unwilling - to process a small loan for my friend that I secured 100 percent with cash by my Regions savings account. He is a 25+ year Regions account holder, we both have solid, verifiable monthly income, both our homes and land are paid off, we only have monthly bills and no other loans or large debts . You give a whole new meaning for customer burvice.I enjoyed my stay here and drive through what a wonderful day. But you suck.
The bank teller was very helpful, friendly and very informative of my needs.
I did something stupid. The manger worked trying to recover my money. He explained to me how to recognize fraud aimed at the elderly. It was too late to recover what I lost but he did everything possible, helped me reset some of the things on my phone so am more protected. I am glad I bank at Regions.
