Kristen is wonderful and friendly.
I find it mildly offensive to tell me, a disabled veteran already painfully working a part time job and applying for a va home loan, that if I had steady work hours I might’ve qualified or qualify in the future. Even after explaining I have a gap in my 2 years of work history due to surgeries, they still thought it was appropriate to say that. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.
I don’t recommend this bank because they have an inefficient lender in the name of Jaclyn Henderson. Find a better bank to get a commercial loan from.
