I don’t recommend this bank because they have an inefficient lender in the name of Jaclyn Henderson. Find a better bank to get a commercial loan from.
Edit: 3 weeks later and my issue hasn't been fully resolved at all. As I have said 3 weeks ago, the provisional credit (my money) was taken back leaving my account in the negatives for about a week and a half. Checks that had been direct deposited to that account have been applied to this negative balance leaving me still with less than nothing. As a long time user of Regions Bank, I've rarely had trouble from them.. Until today. About a month ago I've filed an ATM dispute, referring to one of their ATMs right down the street eating my $800 deposit and not depositing the money into my account. I drove to this branch right after it happened and explained the situation. The teller was nice and explained the process to me, and that it would take about 7-10 days for updates. This location is in the Regions Bank Tower in downtown Little Rock. I had a 3 pm Doctor's Appointment and needed cash before my appointment for the co-pay. They had one ATM in the entire building, and it was being serviced. I went into the bank, and asked if there were other ATM machines in this 30 Story building. She told me it was the only one, but that there was another one on the street. I went out on the street, but I couldn't find it.
