They keep changing my pick up times even though it has been the same since day one, thank goodness the taxi company won't let me miss my appointments! Difficult and ridiculous

Consistently overbooked and unpredictable. You might not get an automated message the evening before a ride, and call the morning of - oh not enough drivers that day, so we’ll see if they can pick you up at all. Or you do get an automated message, only to call them when they’re late, and they say that no actually, they’re overbooked again and you have to wait another hour.

This compay crashed today. Tooaanay of their drivers called out sick. The management and owners failed to pick up the slack. I was told that they were unable.to take me to Maine Medical Center for my potentially life saving radiation treatment.

Great to have, just the times need to be adjusted so that the bus can consistently stay on schedule and not make the bus drivers feel the need to skip stops or leave early as I've experienced and heard from riders and drivers, thanks!

one driver pulled out into ongoing traffic while arguing with some of the passengers about QAnon !They are not very helpfull w seatbelts as well.
