This is for the rt 52 driver who passed me up at the far side on mlk, went to the next stop and waited until I almost got there then drove away, followed by the 51 who didn't stop either. 2 stops b4 8082 and 15 minutes ago
Drivers who do not notify passengers when they are taking a break. They step off the bus and say nothing to passengers and walk away. A very dispassionate supervisor told me that some do notify but in my experience, Ive never seen it. Supervisors who have no real answers to queries. Slow arrival times, limited amount of buses on routes(including the #11 Magazine bus that seems to only have 3 buses running on a 1 & 1/2 miles). Place where you go get you all day passes through the passes monthly passes for the bus and the streetcar
Wildly inefficient. 20 min wait for St Charles Street car and bus transfer where the construction is. Take an uber.
Our very first trip on your streetcar—we used car #2013 on 6/30/26, 9:30am. The driver was sitting on a bench and we asked her if we could pay in cash. She said “no you have to use the app”. We could not figure out how to get the senior discount. She almost left without us and then reopened the door for us. She made all 10 of us on the car get out at the Julia St station with no context on how to continue. We talked to people who were told they could pay cash and got their discount.
