Happy, 4th of July from the RTA, what do they do for the nation's holiday? Oh, just claim that their system is down. So they don't have to have any active buses for 4 days. I've been bouncing back-and-forth between a bus stop for the 57, the 84 and the 55 for 4 HOURS andthere has not been a single bus. Drivers who do not notify passengers when they are taking a break. They step off the bus and say nothing to passengers and walk away. A very dispassionate supervisor told me that some do notify but in my experience, Ive never seen it. Supervisors who have no real answers to queries. Slow arrival times, limited amount of buses on routes(including the #11 Magazine bus that seems to only have 3 buses running on a 1 & 1/2 miles). I drop my wallet on the street car. I was so distraught all night at work. When I asked the gentleman working the last 48 street car about my wallet he called up Mr cousins and found out it was turned in. And he stopped at the station to get my wallet. 1 in a million customer service. And it’s not just tonight it’s always amazing service. I love all my street car peeps. Thank you again so much!!!!

The lady we had today was the rudest driver I've ever encountered on a trolley. Been using a trolley system for years every time I come to the city this lady today she needs to retire you should not work in the public if you are miserable
