Spoke with a lady name Alicia at front desk at check-in for regional therapy center unbelievably rude and arrogant. I will not recommend anybody even checking in with this lady. She needs to check her attitude. I know one thing if it was my business I wouldn’t want somebody like that checking in any of my clients whatsoever very rude, arrogant and cocky nasty attitude. I absolutely love this place, I have had different therapists here and also my daughter has as well and every time we walk through the door we are welcomed with a loving attitude and nothing but professionalism and smiles... This is an amazing Physical Therapy place...
First appointment after evaluation was 6 days later. The therapist canceled the first appointment 2 days after evaluation I was in excruciating pain prior to evaluation. Now 1st appointment is 9 days after evaluation. Not impressed!
