First rental they took great care getting me into a car BUT, return trip I had a flat, no jack, spare tire was flat, lugs nuts would not come off. Their roadside assistance required I know where the car was purchased and the date before they would send a wrecker. No wrecker, Total diaster. Overlooked all that and tried again.
