Caught one of their people writing a citation 15 minutes before the meter expired . Said he didn't care and told me chances were they wouldn't be back in time anyway. They should be disbanded.
There phone doesn’t even work on there site. They are also saying I owe for a ticket i paid back in May. A new ticket i have i disputed but was denied even though the meter was unreadable. Management is incompetent
