Left this doctor office. CNP Mary Jo Adams had no concern for my medical conditions or wellbeing. Not once did she go over my blood work results, even though I only visit for prescription refills, and blood work. I had multiple blood draw results highs and lows. No regard for my chronic back pain. I pushed for a scan of some sort, paid out of pocket for 2 MRI; results were 3 buldged discs. Prescriptions are rarely called in at an adequate time frame. Recently had an appointment there for a VA screening. I showed up the day of the appointment early. Called the number on the door as provided by covid instructions. Nurse came out and took my name. Came back 10mins later saying that the person that does the exams was off due to getting married. And that they rescheduled my appointment. Which they are not allowed to do because it is tracked by the VA program. I called back to see if they rescheduled it through the proper people and got the run around. So i called the VA.
