Southworth Clinic We have now been providing the people of Ohio with Occupational health therapy for over 11 years. In this time we have seen many changes to our health care system and we have adapted to those changes. Our rule has always been and always will be that the patient's welfare is our priority. You will find that when to start to use our services that we are kind of different, we do not like bureaucracy and that we will treat you as one of us and not just another patient.

Recently had an appointment there for a VA screening. I showed up the day of the appointment early. Called the number on the door as provided by covid instructions. Nurse came out and took my name. Came back 10mins later saying that the person that does the exams was off due to getting married. And that they rescheduled my appointment. Which they are not allowed to do because it is tracked by the VA program. I called back to see if they rescheduled it through the proper people and got the run around. So i called the VA. The only place you should go if you're dealing with a BWC claim. They understand the system and ensure you get the care you need and deserve. Full respect.
Do not go here! They do not respond to faxes or phone calls from patients, other offices or pharmacies. Will not give refills if you don't come in for appointments constantly.
