took my husband there last nite because he fell and busted his head and the lady at the desk ask me if i push my husband down,,,,i did not fine that funny and i compaint about it to another nurse...she try to beliitle me,,,that piss me off and yes i got a lawyer know for a law suit for acussing me of hurting my husband,,,,my husband sitting on end of couch and black out and hit floor and busted his face

Being a mother, I have had my share with ER visits. I have been to this hospital too many times to name; not only for myself, my kids, but my grandparents as well. It has always been a great experience under the circumstances, until last night. I have never in my life seen such a display of incompetence in staff and facilities. I have to say I couldn't wait until a few days after my Heart ablation surgery to write this review. Everybody I came into contact with, from the preop registration to the surgery, (the nurses, anesthesiologists, doctors) to the postop nurses were absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!!! I highly recommend this facility.

Wish I was able to give zero stars due to the nature of this complaint. This hospital literally did not take patient care seriously and had neglected care for my parent. They knew of their diagnosis with having CKD and used procedures that forced the kidneys to fail. They had a female nurse which I will not expose here on this thread but she has no business being a nurse, she was snotty condescending and even was laughing with a fellow colleague while trying to take care of the patient, she had zero idea how to utilize the d... read more

Worst place I have ever been to. Got upset enough that I got up and walked out of their so-called ICU and swore never to enter their doors again. Morton Plant is way better in all respects.

My husband took my 14yr old daughter in because she has had chronic back pain and woke up in tears this particular morning. They got her into the ER and she saw PA James Calcut(SHE DID NOT SEE A DOCTOR.) He ordered an x-ray which came back normal. My husband and I both being in the medical field requested that an MRI be done because we know the X-Ray does not show everything that needs to be seen and this is a child so lets cover all the basis. You never look forward to a hospital stay, however, if it need be, Regional Center of Bayonet Point is the place you would prefr to be. The staff is ever so caring and helpful. The food is exceptional, especially for a hospital. My best to the chef. You actually felt like you were part of the family and they truly cared about you. It was a pleasant experience and one I never expected.

This hospital doesn’t even deserve one star but the site made me put something. I’m 45 yr old female and I suffered a heart attack at the end of October 2019. On November 1st I went through quadruple bypass surgery. I was in CSU for approximately 2 weeks with little to no pain management after having my chest cracked open. I was discharged with vague instructions for the care of my sternal wound. I was told no soap/water. Just let shower run over it.
