This apartment complex is the worst places Ive ever lived. The management make up the policy as per resident. I reserved a car port a month after I moved in which is $35 per month. I decided I No longer needed it 3 months later I spoke with management to take me off the carport reserve and was told I must continue paying it the remainder of my lease by management policy. This is not on my lease agreement. I am looking to file a civil suit. Also every resident pays pet control fees monthly bt must make an appointment to have ... read more

Dear ******* we are disappointed to hear that this was your experience in one of our apartment communities. It sounds as though there were several miscommunications here and for that, we apologize. We set a high standard for our teams and they work hard to resolve resident concerns thoroughly and transparently. We have forwarded your feedback internally and are looking into this.

Please note that pest control fees are standard in most apartment communities, as the grounds and building exteriors are serviced weekly. ... read more
I moved in this past April and I have had to complain about my AC unit not blowing air 11 times since the day I moved in. I contacted the main office about fixing it and their response was because I don't keep my thermostat at 80 degrees. So when I lower the temperature their AC system can't handle that type of temperature, really, it can't handle 72degrees? I have also complained about the parking lot lines not being visible. My car has been damaged because ******** so close to me. I complained three times about the parking... read more

Dear *********

Thank you for sharing this feedback and our apologies on the delay in getting back to you.

I would like to look further into this but was not able to find you in our system as a past or present resident. If you could reach out to ************************ with your information, that would be very helpful.

Thank you!

I completely agree with Kyle H, and I don't think residents know they can file a complaint with the BBB. My rent keeps going up by at least $10 every month for absolutely no reason other than the fact they think they can get away with it. Absolutely NOTHING has changed. They cannot blame it on shared water etc, because a family moved out of a unit over a month ago etc. it's almost like they are doing it for kicks. The whole staff is a joke. The security gates HAVE been broken for over 3 years. the staff is a joke, and they c... read more

Dear ****

Thank you for reaching out. We completely understand your frustration with rising rents. As I'm sure you know, this was happening nationally across the rental market at the time of your review, as a result of the economic climate.

Regarding the website, we do not control the appearance of your lease charges in the Resident Portal - this is done by our third party web host. But we will plan to share your feedback with them as it may be something they can incorporate into future site enhancements.
<... read more
Dear whom it may concern - I've leased from The Villas At Bandera (RIM) for a Cumulative total of 3 years. Do not rent here. Stay far and clear. The price and area may seem attractive, and staff will appear nice at first... but it is not worth it. I could write a novel on my terrible experience at the Villas but all you need to know is, you get what you pay for. 1) Staff/Management do not put resident's first and will develop a sarcastic/demeaning tone with you. You will not get your deposit/fees back no matter what, and w... read more
I have been an apt renter for over 14+ years, and this is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with an apartment. The staff will scheme you out of money like it's nothing. They constantly change the price of sewage etc, today the water was turned off for over 10 hours, I mean I've never had to actually argue or dispute anything with any apt I've ever lived in, but this apartment. Who ever the manager is needs to be fired. Everything is shady about this place. I think they've been scheming for so long, it's literally... read more

Ms. Basch, We apologize for the inconvenience the plumbing repairs may have caused. As indicated in the advance notice to residents, the repairs were required and have been completed. As previously discussed, water and sewer usage varies by month and the costs are proportionally allocated to residents. This is not dissimilar to your monthly electric bill. As a reminder, utility costs tend to be seasonal in nature as electricity and water are typically higher during summer months versus winter months. Once again, we apologi... read more
