RITA needs to be gone. The state of Ohio over taxes everyone. The region I live in doesn’t do anything with it like it should. RITA is the biggest joke on the planet it sucks.

What a joke of a company, for all my life If I worked in the same city that I lived in when I filed my taxes the city would owe me money back and I would get a small refund. But through them I get nothing, I have sent several messages asking for why all I got was a message that I owed $0 and not anything about how much they owed me. All they say in the message is the exact same thing you owe nothing so therefore there is no refund? The refund is how much they owe me for paying taxes all year in the same city I live in.
