Terrible customer service. I called to talk with someone about a payment I made that wasn’t applied to my account. I spoke with Sherry. She talked down to me and laughed at me when I tried to explain the situation. I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager. She sent me back into the normal queue. I waited 45 minutes just to end up being reconnected to her. She asked me if I still needed to speak to someone and I told her yes, and she just sent me back into the queue. It was an awful waste of time.

If I could give 0 stars I would how do I have a warrant for failure to file when I didn’t even live there???? And why do you have my address updated from 2020 and still get it wrong for 2021 2022 and 2024 . Oh but you got it right 2023 . I think we all should call in to the state department and demand an audit !! And answer your phones for once
