Lorraine was the best!!! She fought for my loan!! Now I’m able to have peace of mind and money in my pocket. She was very helpful and answered all my questions! The ladies at Regional Finance were very nice and made me feel welcomed! Wonderful store, I recommend this branch to everyone!!
I like the way the employees very friendly clean place
They do not allow you to pay your principal down. Any extra money pay monthly, regardless of the amount, goes towards your next month’s payment. Their excuse is “the system is not designed to do that” when I try to find out how I could pay just my principles, they just repeated the “system don’t work that way” what a scam. I borrowed $3500 and my credit reports shows I borrowed $8k. I’ve pains 2 years on the loan and can only refinance $171. Stay away from this place. Bad customer service skills
I have never experienced customer service like this ever the best, all staff members are very professional if you want to barrow a loan I recommend calling regional finance first I would like to give Michelle special thanks she is a angel in the most high thank you Michelle again for your service and generosity all of you at regional finance thank you and God bless you.
