The Cleveland TN. office are a bunch liars and scammers.... they will tell you one thing and even go so far as have you come sign papers and then won't follow through with what they said and do something else. And then instead of the intended purpose, they do the opposite. Me and my wife Nancy will never use them again and I highly recommended you be wary of using them and the tactics they use.
I been using them for years. Started when I bought a new washer and dryer from electronic Express. And was Finance through them then took out a personal loan. Great staff. Friendly service. And has always been there when I needed help. Even if I was short on my payment.
Only giving one star because they make you. I have a loan with this company and I've paid on this loan for 2 years... I unexpectedly had to have surgery and decided to renew this loan to help make ends meet while I was recovering. These people harass me to renew my loan with them every time I come to make a payment. When I finally decided to do it was because I actually kind of needed to and now for no given explanation they won't let me.
