Jamie was super nice and very professional
I did not take the loan. The process was so confusing I had the manager telling my interest rate was 18% but the paper I had signed said 58%. That was confusing for me. I have had a loan with Regional for at least 15+ years. They really did try to help they just kept writing up loans but noting changed. They took 285 out for what they thought I owed on last loan untrue I only owed 37. See they didn’t really look into my account.
