Terrible customer service and a disappointing overall experience. The business has really gone downhill, and the level of service is nowhere near what it used to be. Staff and management need to do better. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a loan or tax service.
We’re excited to know that when we go to regional to get a loan smiling faces are welcoming us everywhere . They honestly work hard to get the loan you need and look for best options . Valeria is there to help us out for those trip loans . Oh while your there grab you a snack that Kendall keeps the table full for us lol.
It was a pleasure letting Mosas and Kendra prepare and prossess my loan application. They made sure all my questions were answer. This was a great team and should I require assistance in the future I will return to these people. Thank you both !!!!!
