Worst place to do business! Unprofessional and very rude. Melissa has James the office manager cover up her incompetence and now they will reimburse our bank fees to stop a payment over $300 that should be $129. This was NOT authorized. No repercussions for Melissa and we have her mistakes reflecting on our bank account now. Melissa needs to be trained on how to properly and professionally address customers while taking payments. I had this $2,200 loan for exactly 10 days before paying it off in full. I had no problem with paying the “pre-paid” finance charge that was a ridiculous amount. But then I was also charged a full months interest when I only had the loan ten days. My husband and I are both repeat customers at regional, all previous loans were ALWAYS in good standing. No late payments, all previous loans paid in full with absolutely no problem, and you wouldn’t waive a $50 interest payment for a 10 day loan? We will not be back. You care noth... read more
