It used to be a good place to get a loan but now when you need help over the phone they never call back or give you a response. They leave you hanging. Some of the workers can be rude.
I’ve been in contact with Regional Finance since Friday of last week, and what started as a hopeful experience quickly turned into a frustrating and disappointing situation.
