Shady business with EXTREMELY unethical "business" practices. During the time of a global pandemic, they are sending out pre-approved loans conveniently in the amount of stimulus checks ($2400 for a couple, $1200 each). These loans have an insane interest rate and are only designed to manipulate and trick people in need, including an extremely high interest rate.
