Took out a loan, and was 2 days late when the harassing phone calls started (3 times a day), never once received a letter in the mail or an addressed envelope. After being late a little longer, a creepy guy comes knocking on your door. Very unprofessional. I think I will put off paying this small loan until I can deal with a professional from a collection's agency.
