My first experience and I had feelings , they care only to get aprobe . After that they don't care if the payment they send to another bank (consolidation) is already pay.. I am still waiting for the payment on credit one bank and the payment for oportuna. Now I get a lot extra fees because they don't get the payment yet. That is bad customer se5vice for new clients. How I can recommend with my friends with that experience?
Been trying to fix my issue and have gone to the credit bureau and even their corporate office and continue to get told id get a call but dont. They continue to defend this deceptive practice of running my credit without concent
