I have an account with regional finance and iam a great customer always on time with payments but this service and experience here was so bad and not helpful at all it made me not want to do business with regional finance anymore going to close my account and find somewhere else to take my business

SCAM ALERT! I have never done business with this company, never got a loan of any kind. All the sudden I started getting calls saying a checked was sent to an old address and was cashed, they can’t give me any more information other than to sign an affidavit so their fraud department can start an investigation, I went in person wasting gas and time to find out more information. So the only reason that I will give this place a 2 Star and not a 1 Star is only because of the lady that helped me at the front desk to the right at the entrance, she did what she could but I could tell she was getting a little frustrated during the process, she was very patient and I could tell that she wasn’t the person approving my application, and she really wanted to help but it was completely out of her control, but I called this morning and gave her my personal information around 9:00a which lead to her creating my a... read more
