Beware Before Borrowing I strongly advise caution when dealing with Regional Finance. As a former long-time customer who always paid on time, I was disappointed by my recent experience. After paying off my loan early, I had to prompt the company to apply the unearned premium credit — a refund due when insurance is included in a loan and the loan is paid off before term.
